Hiya! I'm the Tobi from NDK...(wow, that was probably really helpful seeing as how there were several.) I was the one you guys walked to my car/truck thingy. Um...seeing as how you make freaking amazing cosplays (I envy you XD) I was wondering how much you would charge to help me make a cosplay if I gave you measurements. You see, I was going to go as Obito for Wasahbi Con and most likely next NDK but my cosplay making skills are seriously lacking.
